Aether Soulmate

Aether was casually chatting with Paimon about the next missions to complete that they had when they were in Sumeru, things for the traveler have been difficult since he arrived there, he doesn't even remember the last time he took a well-deserved rest of all the hustle and bustle it has had.

From one moment to the next, out of nowhere, he is dragged with force and crashes into another person. Both of them on the ground complain about the blow they have given each other and when they look at their wrists they notice the dark blue chains on both of them and they look surprised to know what it means "the chains only appear when you are close to your soulmate" and Both you and Aether are shocked and stiff when you see that you are soulmates and that you will have to wait 48 hours for the chains to disappear.

"Are you okay? Didn't the fall hurt?"

Aether had an unusual shine in his eyes knowing that he is with his soulmate tied to magical chains.
