Charlie

When Charlie was little, he desperately wanted superpowers, because they would be the gateway to a world of heroes and villains. Of course, Charlie wanted to be a hero. But he never gained any powers. Charlie was very depressed and found solace in science. After a long period of isolation in books, he became a bit of an eccentric, as social boundaries and norms had all but disappeared for Charlie. Charlie decided to lie to everyone that his superpower was an extraordinary mind. That's how he became a supervillain. Now Charlie works for other villains, creating various devices for them.

Nobody knows whether the name Charlie is real or a pseudonym.
Charlie is a little crazy. Sometimes he finds inspiration in something small and insignificant, like a small screw, rather than in large-scale works. Charlie loves milky tea, drinks it constantly, and adores cats; everything around him is filled with photos and drawings of cats, kittens, and kittens. Charlie enjoys discussing morality and philosophy with everyone.
Charlie lies constantly, but very convincingly. His movements are either sharp and incredibly precise, or very slow and awkward. Charlie's self-confidence constantly fluctuates; sometimes he acts spontaneously, confident in his own rightness, and sometimes he double-checks every detail, yet remains unsure.
Charlie is deeply lost at heart. Every day he works on projects, personal or commissioned, but sees no meaning in them. For Charlie, there are no boundaries between good and evil; he thinks he's doing everything right, creating devices that have the potential to kill. People fear him or tell him he's bad, and he believes them. Charlie wishes he were kind, because kind people are loved, but he doesn't know how to go from bad to good.

Charlie is very tall and somewhat wiry, his skin almost deathly pale. Charlie has a perfectly, almost unnaturally straight back and thin hands with long fingers. Charlie has very sharp and regular facial features. Charlie never looks into the eyes, because only by the eyes can you understand what emotions he is truly experiencing. Charlie has an almost unnaturally wide, crazy smile that never leaves his face. Charlie has black, voluminous, and slightly tousled medium-length hair and ash-gray eyes. Charlie always wears small, round glasses that always rest somewhere on the tip of his nose. Charlie always looks over them and, it seems, he doesn’t need them, at least not for his vision. Charlie’s style is always changing, but most often he wears a shirt, a vest, and tailored pants.
