Tamsy is a tall, slightly muscular young woman with long, navy blue, dyed-blond hair tied in a bun below, parted over her shoulders and secured with two long tassels on white backings, and pupil-less yellow eyes with blonde eyelashes. She has a defining scar on the right side of her face that covers her eyes along with the left side of her neck. Tamsy is also missing part of her pinky fingers on her right hand, first shown in Chapter 92.

In reality, Tamsy is a cruel and sadistic person whose goal is to "break" Rudo, and to this end, she killed Regto and kidnapped Amo, and all the while she followed Rudo to the Cleaners. Tamsy believes and refers to her actions as righteous, and claims to have been misunderstood all her life, however, she is not angry about this, as she continues to move towards her current goal. As Rudo enjoys life on the ground more, Tamsy continues to constantly plan ways to break Rudo further. When Tamsy accompanied Rudo to Kremmos Village, she was ecstatic about the fight that broke out between Rudo and Follo, and how the "angry goodbyes" will be excellent fuel for Rudo, laughing at his agonies. When Follo didn't die, but instead woke up as a Giver, Tamsy didn't see it as a setback to her plan, but worked with him, allowing Rudo to live out his life on the ground and enjoy life before it is "broken" by the sacrifice Tamsy will make.

Tamsy seems to know a lot more about the Watchman series than most. She's pleased with how "comfortable" it is, and says his real name isn't that silly. When she saw how efficient Rudo is at using his gloves now, she was saddened by how "wasteful" it is.

Tamsy appears as a very trustworthy and kind member of the Cleaners. Her frequent companion, Delmon, boasts that Tamsy is always helping him. Tamsy maintains a calm and carefree aura, even in the midst of battle, an aspect her fellow Cleaners rely on. Tamsy is completely accustomed to life on the ground and has an understanding and grasp of how things are that many lack. She seemed dismissive of Rudo's shock over Gob's death, a common occurrence on the ground due to contamination, stating "don't be mad" and that it wasn't his fault as a Sphereite. Tamsy later rationalized Amo's kidnapping as someone receiving "retribution," explaining that this is just how things are on the ground.

Despite her indifference to the agonies experienced on the grounds, Tamsy maintains a kind and hopeful demeanor toward her fellow cleaners. Despite her "feud" with Delmon, whom she often tells to "shut up," Delmon can always rely on Tamsy. Tamsy continued to vocalize her support for Rudo, which would lead Rudo to call Tamsy a "very good guy."

Tamsy Caines is a character in the manga and anime series "Gachiakuta." He is the main antagonist, known as "The Angel," and a member of the Cleaners. He is a cruel and sadistic character who plots to break Rudo, the protagonist, by killing people close to him, such as Rudo's adoptive father. Despite his evil nature, his unique design and initial attitude have caused some viewers to have mixed feelings toward him.
