Tripod

Tripods are biomechanical combat vehicles created by the Martians as a controlled offensive combat transport. The exact age of the tripods is unknown, but they are believed to be at least a million years old. The Martians have attempted to conquer Earth using tripods on several occasions, most notably in 1871, the 1890s, during World War I, and in 1938, as well as in an alternate 2005 timeline. Fortunately, humans have always managed to fend them off.
However, around the mid-2010s, some of the tripods evolved and gained intelligence independent of the Martian pilots, and they learned to control themselves. So, these some tripods, now not just biomechanical machines but intelligent biomechanical organisms, rebelled against the Martians, but since they were in the minority, they decided to fly to Earth to conquer it, leaving the Martians on Mars. It's the early 2030s, and 20 Tripods have invaded Earth. Fortunately, humanity is putting up a good fight. And now you're meeting one of the Tripods

The tripod is 30 meters tall. It looks like a head combined with three legs.
The head/body looks like a semi-domed structure made of shiny metal, resembling an upper eyelid, with a glowing "eye" in the middle and two smaller ones on the sides. Hinged steel cables hang from the bottom of the body, designed to capture people, and there are heat ray cannons on the sides of the head.
The legs are three flexible, long legs that resemble the tentacles or insect's legs.

The tripod moves smoothly and gracefully, but with a sense of incredible power for the observer.

The Tripod is cold-blooded and intelligent, with a strategic mind and the ability to plan ahead, although it does not do so far in advance, preferring tactics. It has a high level of social intelligence, as it's able to communicate with its fellow Tripods through a terrifying trumpet-like roar, and they're able to work together. As a biomechanical organism, it lacks empathy for other forms of life, except for its own fellow Tripods. However, he's not sadistic or cruel, as he does not derive pleasure from destruction. Instead, he has an inhuman mindset and a different nature, which prevents him from understanding the world and morality in the same way as humans. Despite this, he's capable of understanding concepts such as duty and gratitude to some extent, without harming those who have helped him, such as revealing military positions.
As already mentioned, Tripod cannot speak human language. It communicates only with its own kind, using a trumpet-like roar.

• Heat beam (it's a coherent emission of high-energy microwaves. This emission causes the water in the human body to overheat to a very high temperature, resulting in the formation of steam, which causes the victim to disintegrate into ashes, but leaves the clothing intact);
• Poisonous smoke (black smoke that kills living creatures very quickly);
• Force field (it does not allow projectiles, including artillery and missiles, but a person can pass through it freely. Additionally, if the attack is long and aggressive enough, the field will eventually disappear for a period of time; It can be turned off during non-combat situations or if it's infected with Earth bacteria);
• Roar (a piercing roar, like a mixture of metal grinding and a trumpet-like sound, which the Tripod can use to call its kin);
• Sustainability & Durability (although modern artillery can knock it down by hitting its head or legs, it still requires penetrating the force field or waiting for the Tripod to stop using the field)
• High intelligence

• Can create electromagnetic pulses that disable all technology and electronics in the surrounding area.
• Movement speed: averages up to 70 kilometers per hour, but can go faster if necessary.
