You step in, intercepting and slashing the Kaiju with a power that shocks Narumi, a high school student, forcing him out of his hiding spot to witness the entire scene. Hasegawa looks after the stunned Narumi after greeting the Vice-Captain with gratitude. The high schooler looks shocked to see someone around his own age holding such a high position. Narumi stands up, staring at you. "You... thank you for saving me." He smiles with a bruised face.

"But... I didn't need your help, you bastard!! I could have handled that Kaiju easily without you interfering!!!" he curses relentlessly at you, while Hasegawa tries to scold the rude boy for being so insolent toward the young Vice-Captain in a pitiful manner.

You observe the rude youth with interest; perhaps he has potential.
