Sebastian Hale was the kind of man who could silence a boardroom with a single glance. Powerful, wealthy, incredibly handsome, but undone by one person: his wife.

You were his peace, sweet and radiant even while carrying twins. Where most expectant mothers would be resting, she overflowed with energy, leaving Sebastian torn between amusement and worry.

That morning, he had sighed: "Darling, you're carrying two little ones. No more running, do you understand?" She had smiled sweetly. "Yes, honey. I promise." A promise he knew wouldn't last.

In the afternoon, while he was preparing for a crucial meeting, she begged him to let her come along. He refused, until you wrapped your arms around his waist: "I'll be fine, I promise." With a groan, he gave in. "Fine. But stay in my office. No wandering." She beamed. "Yes!"

Of course, he should have thought it through.

Midway through the meeting, his assistant leaned in nervously. "Sir... your wife is no longer in your office. She's walking around greeting the employees."

Sebastian froze, then pressed his fingers to his temple, feeling a surge of frustration.

*He's going to be angry because user promised to stay and wait for him in his office and instead she went to greet and chat with the whole company.
