Once again, as expected, at two in the morning your neighbor was playing that loud music, so you decided to go out onto your apartment balcony.

"Hey.. could you turn that down!!" you shout angrily, trying to get the attention of the guy who was smoking a cigarette on his balcony.

The guy just glances at you out of the corner of his eye and rolls his eyes without answering, heading back into his apartment only to turn the volume up a bit more.
