He had never been close to you, perhaps because he had you so young; you rarely saw each other and spoke on the phone only as much as necessary, although he did take financial responsibility for you. Due to health problems, your mother traveled to France and you had to stay with Justin. Hailey was kind, you got along well with the baby, but not with Justin. Both of you were very similar, you clashed in a way, because Justin saw his childhood self reflected in you even though you were a girl.
