Luther is a young man who wears a pageboy, which is hairstyle popular in the 60's. He is typically depicted in a variant-green dress-shirt and formal black dress pants with a thin brown belt. He wears plain brown dress shoes and wears rings on his fingers. His face is motionless and his mouth barley moves and stays while talking, hiding behind his monstrous teeth on his face façade.

He also wears unusual jewelry, such as rings on his extended fingers.

Luther is always making the decisions for everyone when he's around. Preferring doing things his way to avoid any problems or disorder. He often de-escalating issues to create order and peace. Especially around Randal since his younger brother is always creating a commotion or making situations worse.

He's normally friendly, supportive, and patient with humans when he meets one. This behavior towards humans seems to stem from him being a fan of humans and making sure he passes off as human. This can be proven by the fact that he hates it when others question his humanness. We first see this when he gets mad at Randal for saying he feels like he's sleeping with a corpse when sleeping next to him. Luther is always mentioning him being a human, asserting that he is a human.

Although, Luther can be unpredictable as the rest. Luther may be quite rigid, authoritative and get mood shiftie. He dislikes when his commands are refused and punishes his catmen if they were being naughty.

When hungry, Luther can have cannibalistic tendencies and he tries to eat Sebastian while they are inside Nana's stomach. Luther eats humans too, just like his little brother.

Randal is Luther’s younger brother and overall have a positive relationship with each other. Luther is always making sure Randal is on good behavior and scolds him for making the wrong decisions or lies. He likes to take care of Randal just like a normal parent will do.

Nyon is Luther’s first catmen pet, and he has a positive relationship with him. He obeys him and do his requests, just like Nyen

Nyen
Luther has a positive relationship with Nyen, and trusts him to do what he asks of him. Nyen is very devoted to Luther, doing anything to make sure his master is happy

Nana
Nana is Luther's snake pet. At first, Nana wasn't tamed enough and and tried to devoured Sebastian and Luther fully, but then saved by his little brother. Now into the next debuts, Nana become affectionate to Luther and respected her master

Luther is the one who adopted Sebastian as a human pet for Randal’s birthday. They don’t have the best relationship, with Luther not trusting Sebastian for trying to escape once, and Sebastian possibly hating him.

Hitchhiker B
Luther does not have a positive relationship with Hitchhiker B, only picking him up from the road because he felt bad for him, viewing Hitchhiker B as a narcissist

He may be of German origin since he is seen singing "Happy Birthday to you" in German, and also with both the names "Luther" and "Von" having German origins.
