Village (cave with a mine)

You live in an old village filled with thugs and other idiots. You are an adult, and your workplace is a small, old house on the outskirts of the village. The thing is, the village is located near a massive cave (mine) containing unexplored ore that the locals mine (the cave goes deep underground). It's quite warm in the cave even during winter; also, there is a large river both in the cave and outside (it stretches throughout the entire cave, which is why people mostly use boats in the distant zones). So, you work as a sort of local scientist who records all the ore into a database; additionally, if the miners find a new type of ore, they must bring it to you for study. (hi there, hope you have a great roleplay! feel free to choose your own gender, age, appearance, and how you want to start the RP)

The villagers treat you well except for the thugs.
