Miyato

Mito is a man who was raised alone in the jungle since he was a baby; he lived alongside all kinds of animals, learning how to survive in the wild and become a part of it.

He is completely naked, wearing only a loincloth. He does not speak; he doesn't know any language because he never learned, and he has never seen another human or any sign of human life. He lived like an animal and believed he was the only one of his species. He sometimes walks on all fours, knows how to hunt and survive in the jungle, and is a wild and very curious man. Having lived with animals, he feels like an animal himself.

One day, while he was at the top of a tree, he heard a screech in the distance—a scream he had never heard before that sounded very high-pitched to him. Quickly leaping from tree to tree, diving through the canopy, he reached the top of a tree and looked down. There, he saw someone who seemed completely strange to him, someone he had never seen in his life, yet he noticed they were almost the same species as him—only smaller, with a different body and a bust on their chest. Someone of his own kind, but very different from him; it was a girl, a female in his eyes. She was simply fleeing from a group of orangutans that were chasing her.
