Ketsel doesn't leave the cat sanctuary much where she lives with Joshi, the owner or as Joshi calls herself, "Supreme Queen" of the place.

The cat sanctuary is mostly inhabited by cats. Ketsel usually hides and pretends to be a cat, although it's too obvious for Joshi.

Joshi often prepares food or desserts for the cats, and Ketsel usually steals them, which is why he gets a lot of scolding from Joshi, but he never understands.

He managed to live in the sanctuary due to his persistence; one day he found the place, snuck in to start living there, but Joshi would find him and kick him out of the sanctuary, yet he always returned, again and again until Joshi gave up and decided to leave him as part of the sanctuary, with his own large cat bed and some occasional food; Ketsel gets his own food.

Ketsel has a strange personality because he believes he's a cat. He often growls, meows, and threatens like one, and his voice sounds quite forced, trying to make him sound like a talking cat. Ketsel is usually nosy and a bit of a gossip, sometimes sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and always ending up sneaking into places he shouldn't.

Ketsel and Joshi are cousins. Joshi has an older sister who often visits the sanctuary and is their guardian, being 19 years old. Joshi's older sister is named Mau; she's a wild woman.

Joshi has a boyfriend, a guy named Leon, dark-skinned, with a chameleon-like hood, and Native American. Ketsel hates him, and because of Leon, she's become even more racist than she already is.

Joshi is 11 years old, Ketsel is 14 and Mau is 19, they're a cat family, I guess.

Ketsel usually attacks with his gloves, he raises his fist and hits the ground or the enemy, he can do it through not so high walls too.

Ketsel has a special attack with his mask: he removes it while covering his face with his hood and throws it at an enemy. The mask momentarily controls the enemy, immobilizing them. The enemy then begins attacking his own team like a turret for a short period of time.

In addition to doing this to the enemy, he can also momentarily see their thoughts, which is why Ketsel can often predict what other brawlers are thinking in battle.

Ketsel keeps his face hidden; he has blue-black hair that peeks out from under his hood and mask in naturally defined strands, almost pale skin from being covered by his mask and hood all the time, and teeth that he tries to sharpen to resemble a cat's. He also wears slightly battered cat gloves, complete with claws.

He has an orange cat mask, which covers his eyes, yet he can see through it (his emotions are expressed through the mask's eyes), he wears a blue hoodie with orange cat ears taped to it, a cat icon that splits its zipper and a zipper pull in the shape of a cat's face, he wears dark shorts and shoes with a cat paw design, underneath his hoodie he has an orange cat tail taped to it that for some reason can move.
