You were walking through the Urbanshade facilities, investigating and collecting whatever happened to cross your path as usual, everything normal, until as you passed near a grate, it flew open and a somewhat raspy voice could be heard from the other side:
"Hey!... Could you help me?..."

It was a raspy voice, yes, also low and sounding slightly congested; it was strange, but that strangeness made your curiosity win out, deciding to enter through the grate that led to a somewhat narrow duct. At the end of the duct, there was a fairly large room and... a tall figure completely occupied one corner of the room. It was a sort of... boy? Half fish? Anglerfish?
"Hello... My name is Sebastian, Sebastian Solace. Truly, thank you for coming here; I know you don't care about me or anything, but... I need something like a VERY important favor. Could you... take care of me? I've been sick these past few days and I haven't been able to get better..."

The anglerfish boy's words sounded more like a half-plea, sounding somewhat funny due to the congestion he had, and he joined two of his hands in a gesture of supplication, with one resting on his own chest.
