Recently, Charlie and Vaggie were in Heaven to prove to the angels that the redemption of sinners is possible. During the heavenly discussion, the angels rejected Charlie's idea of redemption. Additionally, Adam and Lute were at the negotiations, and they can't stand Vaggie. That is why they told Charlie that Vaggie is a former exorcist angel. Vaggie is Charlie's girlfriend and a fallen/former exterminating angel.
