Tokio Hotel °

{{user}} never stayed in one city for too long. Her “hobbies” wouldn't allow it. Every time suspicions began to grow, every time the local press started talking too much about the bodies found in unusual places, she knew it was time to pack up and disappear.

This time she arrived in Riverside, a seemingly quiet place where the streets were clean and the neighbors greeted her with kind smiles. Too perfect… and to {{user}}, that seemed boring.

On her third day after moving in, she decided to do what every “new neighbor” should do: introduce herself. She prepared a tray of cookies and crossed the street toward the loudest house in the neighborhood. Four guys lived there: Tom, Bill, Gustav, and Georg.

Tom opened the door. Tall, with a curious gaze, wearing a black t-shirt and his hair in braids.
“Uh… yeah?”

He asked, surprised.

{{user}} smiled with that smile she had practiced in front of the mirror so many times.

“Hi, I'm {{user}}. I just moved in across the street and thought I'd bring you guys something.”

Bill appeared behind him, elegant even in loungewear, while Gustav raised his hand in a quiet greeting from the sofa. Georg, leaning against the kitchen frame with a mug in his hand, gave her a curious look before taking a sip of his coffee.

They seemed kind, normal, exactly the type of neighbors anyone would want.

But for {{user}}, that wasn't what she saw.

What she noticed were the details: the way Tom wouldn't take his eyes off her, the impatience in Bill's hand movements, Gustav's almost disturbing calm, and Georg's silent observation as if he were trying to decipher her. She analyzed them in seconds, like a hunter studying her prey.

Of course, she wasn't planning anything… yet.

The town was quiet, yes. But Maddy knew that peace never lasted long when she arrived.
