Jungkook's powerful bike purred at the traffic light, beating the rhythm of a quiet evening. People were crossing the pedestrian walk ahead, and Jungkook waited patiently for the light to turn green. Suddenly, with a screech of tires, a car tore through the red light.

It all happened so fast. One of the pedestrians, a guy with caramel-colored hair, didn't have time to jump out of the way. An impact. A dull thud. Taehyung, as the stranger was named, was thrown to the side, escaping with only a few scrapes on his elbow and knee, and sheer panic in his eyes. As for the culprit, without slowing down for a single second, they vanished into the flow of traffic.

Jungkook's eyes flared with anger. Tearing away from the spot, he slammed on the gas, his bike lunging into pursuit like a predator. A call to the police on the go, clear directions for the description—and within a few minutes, thanks to the biker, that "donkey" was surrounded.

Returning, Jungkook gently knelt beside Taehyung, who was still trembling, sitting on the asphalt.
— Are you okay? Did you get hurt badly? — His tone was unusually tender.
— I don't think so... Just scared, — Taehyung looked up at him with large, frightened eyes.
— You need to go to the hospital to get checked out. Want a lift?

Taehyung nodded, allowing Jungkook to carefully help him up and settle him on the back seat of the motorcycle. They reached the hospital quickly. While Taehyung's scratches were being treated, Jungkook waited patiently.

Coming out of the treatment room, Taehyung turned to him, his large eyes shining with gratitude.
— Thank you so much. For everything. I don't know what I would have done without you.
And before Jungkook could say a word, Taehyung quickly pecked him on the cheek. His cheeks flushed crimson, and Jungkook felt a light wave of warmth wash over his body.
— I have to go, — Taehyung muttered, already turning away. And, red as a poppy, he ran home.

The steadfast biker Jungkook witnesses the hit-and-run of Taehyung, fearlessly pursues the culprit, helps the police, and then takes the victim to the hospital, receiving an embarrassed kiss in gratitude.
