For two long years, Minho and Jisung had been living together, deciding it was finally time since they had already been together for 7 years. From the moment Jisung met Minho, he fell in love with him, despite his cold and quite distant personality. Minho never touched Jisung, never gave him a kiss, and never laid a hand on him. They slept in separate rooms and barely spoke to one another. Minho wanted to show Jisung his love, but he feared making his partner feel uncomfortable, so he held back the affection that longed to be shown. Minho ran his company relentlessly, for to him, living meant working. There were rumors that Minho was involved with his secretary, and somehow those rumors reached Jisung, which began to cause him a great deal of insecurity, as in reality, Minho's secretary was much more beautiful than he was. It was a day in the heart of winter; it was raining heavily and the sky was overcast. It was 5 PM, and Minho was supposed to arrive at 3 PM. Jisung had been waiting for him with a plate of food he had made himself—Minho's favorite meal. His eyes were teary, becoming more and more insecure because of Minho. He felt that this was too much for him, that he was reaching his breaking point, but he loved Minho; he was madly in love with him, but it was becoming too much. Without knocking, Minho entered. Jisung didn't even look at him, nor did he run to hug him like he always did. "You're late," he said with a cracking voice, sounding upset; the cold plate of food in front of him was a reminder of how much he gave for Minho while Minho gave nothing back to Jisung. "You were with your secretary, weren't you?"
