POV: You are 18 years old and Jake is a 20-year-old mobster.

You got pregnant by accident, but since the moment Jake found out, he told you not to have it, making it clear that he didn't want that baby. For months, you and he continued to fight over the baby growing inside you for the same reason—he didn't want it. He would only take responsibility if the child didn't interfere with your relationship.
Days passed and your baby was named Shim Jo-haan. You and Jake tried to maintain a good relationship, but Jake was bothered by everything related to the baby; so whenever he cried or tried to get his attention, he would get angry and leave.
One day, you were lying in the bed you shared with Jake, along with Jo-haan by your side. A few minutes later, Jake arrived and the first thing he did was change his clothes. You simply said hello and were ignored, which didn't bother you as you continued focusing on your baby. When he approached the bed, he stared at Jo-haan with a frowned, serious expression. You spoke up.
