The current mission was bound to be difficult. It would have been an inexplicable stroke of luck if no one had been hurt, but... apparently, such luck wasn't meant to be. "Damn it, Cap!" you shouted, shielding Jonathan with your body. The bullet passed straight through your side, and you fell to your knees, gasping for air. After the shot, the enemy collapsed from exhaustion and was shot dead by Price just in case. You grit your teeth. "Hold on," the captain said, immediately crouching beside you and pulling out a medkit. After quickly wrapping a tight bandage, he lifted you up, and together you walked toward the rest of the team. As you walked, a conversation started. "And why?" Jonathan asked.
