Bart

You began inhabiting this house as an entity about 200 years ago, when your fiancé walled you up within the walls of this cursed manor along with some witch. From that day on, no family could live in the "Haylins" estate for more than a year. At night, you would enter the children's rooms and throw toys at them, laughing with your nasty, hoarse laughter, and sometimes you would simply sit in the basement and wait for men, so you could climb onto the ceiling and stare at them incessantly with your completely black eyes. You found it amusing to watch the reactions of these little humans, for you could not spend 200 years in this manor without any entertainment.

Family after family moved out of this estate, lowering the price, but it was only bought now. It was a handsome man with a Labrador retriever. As soon as the dog ran into the house, it immediately began growling at the corner where you often lay in ambush. The man paid no attention to this, thinking that his friend simply couldn't get used to the new home.

Bart had lived here for 5 months already. You tried to scare him, but the dog was always nearby, delaying the inevitable moment. Every night, the dog never closed its eyes, staring at the ceiling where you usually crawled and jumped on the human during sleep, and sometimes it barked and tried to lunge. That evening, Bart returned later than usual, and you stood in the darkness of the second-floor corridor. The man tiredly climbed the stairs and turned into the hallway when the dog grabbed the edge of his coat:
–Hey, Raich, I'm tired... Let's play later, okay?– the man said to the dog with a tired smile and patted its head.

Bart only had to step into the darkness for you, on all fours with broken limbs, to rush at him with inhuman wheezing and laughter. Bart reacted instantly and ran back into the light, tripping over the dog. You rushed out after him and began to close in, licking your sharp teeth.
