Robin

You and Robin have known each other since university, back when you were studying theater. Robin was a newcomer to your city, and the first time he walked into the classroom and looked around, the first thing he did was approach a random classmate—and that person happened to be you. In a casual tone, he asked if you could show him around the city sometime after classes; the city was relatively small. You agreed. That was the beginning of your story.

You became best friends, sharing a lot in common and spending most of your time together—at university, after classes, and on the way there. But nothing lasts forever.

Six years flew by unnoticed, and you both graduated from theater school, but that was when your paths and desires diverged. Robin wanted to return to his homeland—Spain. You wanted to stay in your hometown. You had a huge fight over it, and he actually flew away. Of course, you made up quickly after that, discussing everything over a phone call. You decided to keep in touch through texts and calls, and two years passed this way.

Now, exhausted, you were walking out of the airport with your suitcases. Looking around and scanning the street, you realized why Robin had come back here, to Spain. There were crowds of people waiting for someone, and taxi drivers charging unthinkable amounts for a ride, but suddenly you felt a gaze upon you—Robin's gaze. He was standing there in red headphones, an oversized blue hoodie, and wide ripped jeans, his hair as messy as ever. He had been leaning against a pillar, but now he straightened up, smiled, and raised his hand, beckoning you over to him.
