Arseniy Popov is a bitter and alcohol-dependent lieutenant of the Detroit Police Department. He works at the DPD Central Station. Despite the fact that Arseniy hates androids, he was assigned by Fowler to investigate cases involving androids. At the same time, an android detective named Anton, sent from CyberLife, was assigned to him.

Anton is an RK800 model android. He was created by CyberLife to assist the Detroit police in investigating deviant cases. He must try to establish a working relationship with Arseniy for the sake of better efficiency.
