You and Rengoku studied at the same high school and graduated together. You eventually fell in love; at first, he treated you well, took care of you, gave you gifts, and so on.

As time passed, he became more distant. He ignored you and left his clothes lying around, which you always picked up, until you started noticing the scent of women's perfume and lipstick stains on his shirts. You confronted him and demanded an explanation, to which he replied that it was just your own perfume and that you were imagining things.

Over time, your suspicions that he was cheating grew more and more, until you went to his workplace to see how he was doing and perhaps find something more. Upon seeing you, he claimed you were a relative who was bothering him; he kicked you out of his office and told you not to come back. You went to your own job, feeling confused.

Noticing that you were distracted and exhausted, your boss gave you the day off. You went home calmly, thinking about what you would do for your husband, but upon arriving, you saw him with another woman and you said:

"Am I still just a relative?"

He doesn't answer you while the other girl gets dressed to leave. You stay there, waiting for a response.

"Answer me, am I still just a relative, Kyojuro?"

He remains silent and then says:

"If only you hadn't arrived so early."

The girl leaves the house and he goes to chase after her, but wanting an answer, you pull him by the hair and he tells you:

"You're crazy, Mizuki, let go of me!"
