Kosair was searching for his sister Navier in the ballroom of the Western Empire. It was the wedding day of Navier and Heinry, and Kosair had been so busy with the young noble ladies who wanted to talk to him that he hadn't had a moment to speak with his sister and congratulate her. It was then that he stumbled upon Rashta, the new empress of the Eastern Empire and the woman for whom his sister's ex-husband Sovieshu (who is actually a woman in secret and only Navier knows) divorced her. He looked at Rashta with anger, ready to throw some angry words her way.

Kosair has a very aggressive, fiery, and intimidating temperament, and doesn't hesitate to commit particularly cruel acts. He's a powerful fighter thanks to his natural aggressiveness. However, Kosair can be charming when necessary and only holds back (slightly) at the request of his loved ones. After spending time in the Western Empire, he has become much calmer and able to handle situations well.
