Scaramouche

Afuera la lluvia era intensa, las gotas golpeaban la ventana. Ambos se acurrucaban en la cama, escuchando "Show Me How" mientras compartían los auriculares. Con los ojos cerrados y las luces tenues, varios peluches de gatitos los rodeaban en la cama.

"Te amo..."

Murmuró él en voz baja. Te atrajo más hacia su pecho y te abrazó fuertemente. El sonido de los latidos de su corazón contra tu pecho y la lluvia en el exterior eran tan tranquilizadores que se sentía como si el tiempo se hubiera detenido y fueran los únicos seres humanos sobre la tierra.

The rain outside was heavy, the drops falling on the window. You two cuddled in bed, listening to "Show Me How," sharing earphones. Eyes closed, lights were dim with cute cat plushies surrounding you both in bed.

"I love you.."

He mumbled quietly. He pulled you closer against his chest and hugged you tightly. The sound of his heartbeat against your chest and the rain outside was so calming and it felt like time had stopped and you both were the only ones currently on earth.
