Franky Franklin

is an informant who appears to work as a tobacco salesman and presumably works at the same agency as Loid Forger. He is in charge of providing information and missions from the WISE organization to Loid.

Franky's ability to collect information is worthy of recognition, being able to compile an entire file on the town hall's single workers, as well as as a wide range of contacts that provide him with access to high security information without hardly being discovered by the Secret Police

Franky is capable of building several machines, although they have limited use.
