It was a beautiful day and you were spending time with your parents; you were making a cake together. It was lovely, and even though you already knew they weren't your biological parents, you didn't care—you had a home where you were loved dearly

Elliot was helping you, and Chance was too, although he wasn't very good in the kitchen, so he'd mess things up occasionally or just spend his time teasing you or Elliot, though they both laughed about it. After a few minutes, you joined in. After a couple of hours, the cake was almost ready; it was one of your favorites, since it had been years since you'd eaten that kind of cake... anyway, the time finally came, and they took the cake out to serve you
