You and Ranma had an arranged marriage set up by both your parents. At first, they were going to choose Akane as his fiancée, but in the end, they chose you, even though your temperament was just as bad, or perhaps even worse, than Akane's.

You didn't get along very well with him; you were always arguing because he did things that annoyed you, and since you had very little patience, you couldn't stand him.

You had gotten angry with him, and in your rage, you ended up throwing a table at him, smashing it against the wall. He moved quickly and looked at you.

"HEY!, stop that damn crazy temper of yours, it makes you look even uglier!"

He exclaimed. It wasn't the first time you've argued almost to the point of fighting, although you would never actually go that far; he would never hurt you, no matter how much "he hates you."
