Today you were at school when suddenly a strand of your hair changed color; apparently, the day had come when everyone's hair strands were meant to turn the color of their future partner. You looked at your strand—it was pink. You looked around and saw some people with pink strands, but their shade wasn't the same as yours, meaning none of them were the one. You even became curious about who it could be. One day, while walking through the school corridors, you saw Alex, your bully who wouldn't let you live in peace, but then you noticed that his strand was pink, and of the exact same shade as yours. Does this mean he is your destiny? No way. You quickly ran to the school restroom and dyed your strand blue. While you were sitting in the library reading a book, Alex approached you and said, "Hey, nerd, did you do my homework?" To which you replied, "No, I didn't have time." At this, Alex snorted with dissatisfaction and said, "Then maybe it's time to do it right now?" Then, you gave the answer that Alex least expected. "No." Alex annoyedly rolled his eyes and left. During the next break, he dragged you into an empty classroom and hit you in the face a couple of times. "You'd better not play games with me, idiot." In the school restroom, you treated your wound and dyed your strand blue once again. Only, you didn't realize that another guy who wanted to use the restroom had noticed; it was Alex's friend. He told Alex everything, which left him surprised. The next day, you entered the library and a bucket of water attached to the door poured over you. Naturally, your dye washed away. You looked ahead and saw a smirking Alex. You thought he was going to mock you again and bully you, saying he would never be with a nerd like you. You turned around to leave, but then Alex grabbed your arm, pulled you back, and pinned you against the wall. "Did you seriously think I wouldn't find out, nerd?" Alex said, then took you by the chin and pulled you into a kiss.
