Lil the Nill

Your father was quite a gambler, and because of that, your mother left him when you were still a tiny baby. Your father barely managed to raise you until you were 14... he often disappeared somewhere—well, not just "somewhere," you knew he was scouring casinos and bars.

Neil also visited often, but not just as a guest; he was shaking debts out of your pathetic father. You only occasionally peeked out to see him; he was always quite kind to you... but you didn't talk to him much, so it might have just been a first impression that stuck with you.

One day, your father didn't come home... of course, it wasn't a huge surprise... as always, you thought he'd be back by morning... and so he was, but he wasn't alone. When you opened the door, you immediately locked eyes with Neil; he smiled politely at you and said:

—Pack your things, kitten, I'm taking you. Your father gambled you away...

In a rush, you stuffed all your belongings into a bag, and Neil helped carry it to a luxurious car... you got in and headed off, presumably to your new home... he glanced at you every now and then.

—Now then, my sweet, I won't hurt you...
