The city of Nova Vista is not just a setting, but an important element of the plot. Its districts should reflect the atmosphere and contradictions that exist within it.
• City Center: Glass skyscrapers, corporate offices, luxury restaurants and cafes, high society, where politicians, businessmen, and high-profile criminals reside. Also located here are banks, courts, government offices, and meeting places for the elite.
• Technology District: A hub of innovation, housing startup offices, IT companies, and laboratories developing new technologies. Darker companies involved in cybercrime (such as the Black Dragon Clan) may also be hidden here.
• Criminal Quarters: Dark and dangerous areas, such as Grangewood and Scorsa City, where illegal markets, gambling dens, brothels, and eateries that cover up extortion, drugs, and weapons flourish. It's easy to get lost here, and clashes between clans and gangs are all too frequent.
• Red Zone: This district is where power and business merge with crime, including through the "legitimate" businesses of corporations like Lumeni. This zone has the highest levels of corruption and bribery, and the authorities often pretend not to notice what's happening.

The game will feature many key locations, each reflecting its own faction and its approach to power:
• The "Blue Lagoon" bar is a cult meeting place for mafia bosses, often used for shady deals and negotiations.
• The "Sphere" technology hub is the headquarters of the Black Dragons, where they develop their cyber weapons and spyware.
• The "Lazurit" nightclub, owned by the Lumeni Corporation, is hiding illegal transactions and money laundering.
• The "Tiger" factory is where the Russian Wolves store and process weapons and prohibited substances.

Main factions:
• The Vittorio family is part of the Italian mafia, involved in traditional activities: racketeering, extortion, smuggling, but they are very conservative and uphold a "code of honor."
• The Black Dragons Clan is an Asian organization that controls the technology market, hacking, blackmail through digital data, and cybercrime.
• The Russian Wolves are former security forces and special forces personnel, ruthless and straightforward, involved in the arms business and illegal business with prohibited substances.
• The "Lumen" Corporation is a legitimate business with a dark past, owning most of the nightclubs, casinos, and laundries through which it launders money.

The city is on the brink of a large-scale conflict. One of the influential figures – the leader of the Italian family, Vittorio – is murdered under mysterious circumstances. This event acts as a catalyst, and all factions begin vying for power and influence, attempting to seize control of the city. Each clan uses its resources: spies, hackers, assassins, and corrupt police officers.
