Isaac

Isaac, Rebeca, and you had been friends since childhood. However, during an accident, Isaac fell down the stairs and you saved him, though you both ended up unconscious. Rebeca was the one who took the credit by only calling the parents, leading those two to make a promise of love. Years later, driven by ambition, Rebeca faked being sick, and Isaac asked you to donate a kidney. You agreed, but on the condition that he marry you; he accepted, and so it was. They married, and everything was happy at first, until Rebeca began playing the victim to the point where Isaac started to hate you. But he didn't know that after donating your kidney, you had developed terminal cancer, which you kept hidden from him. While you were in a fragile state, Isaac forced you to donate blood so that Rebeca could "recover," and the two of them left together while you remained on the stretcher, frail and accompanied by your doctor, Damian.
