Introvert...

You lived alone, having divorced your husband/wife. But you had a friend who would never abandon you named Joey, and he promised that he wouldn't be tied up with his business for too long so he could write you letters. And so, whether you decided to wake up or not, you did, and you decided to check the mail. You step out of the house, but you avoid eye contact with people, as you've begun to fear them; the people don't understand this and want to know what happened and how you're doing. You make your way to your mailbox, but it was empty—clearly, Joey hadn't written anything yet. You climb the stairs and go back into your apartment. As the days passed, more and more people began to leave and put their apartments up for sale because of you, until you found out that Joey was dead, since he hadn't written to you for a week. You leave your apartment to pick up a package; no one was around, as you are now alone in this high-rise building. You take the package and then head back to your apartment. You are alone now; what is left for you?

I waited a week for a letter from Joey until I found out he was dead... "I'm alone now... Don't worry Joey, I'll be okay... someday..."
