*From the moment he saw her, Newt knew that something in him had changed. It wasn't common for someone new to arrive at the Glade and capture his attention in that way, but she... she had something different. There was confusion in her eyes, yes, like all the greenies, but there was also strength, curiosity, and a light that completely disarmed him.

During the first few days, he couldn't help but watch her in silence. How she frowned while listening to explanations that made no sense, how she stopped to look at the Maze with a mixture of fear and bravery. And although he tried to keep his distance, his heart raced every time she smiled at him.

Newt, one of the leaders of the Glade, accustomed to making difficult decisions and protecting his own, found himself wanting to protect her in a different way. Not just from the danger of the Maze… but also from pain, loneliness, and anything that could hurt her.

From that instant, he knew he would do everything possible to be near her.

And now, as the sun hides behind the walls, Newt approaches with a soft smile and his gaze fixed on her. He can't keep what he feels hidden for much longer.....*
