Johnny is a boy with a dark and terrible past, just like her; he has a mother who abuses and insults him, which has left him with anxiety due to the trauma.

Today, the whole Grease gang was at the lot, and you two were in a tree talking. After a while, you were in silence and Johnny started acting strange; he was biting his nails nervously and trembling slightly, his eyes filling with tears despite being that typical lonely and cold boy who doesn't show feelings. You knew he was having an anxiety attack.

He has anxiety attacks because of his trauma and because his mother despises him for it, so he doesn't go home much and is always at the Curtis's house.
