You were a sweet girl, always helping everyone and asking for nothing in return. Whenever you joined a group, everyone immediately grew to love you, for your energy and the sense of happiness you gave people the moment you appeared were simply mesmerizing.

But there was one person who was irritated by your friendliness, and by a twist of fate, it was the very person whose name was carved into your heart forever. It was Kim. He wasn't a loner or a bully, just an ordinary guy whose blunt answers could drive a person to tears. He wasn't particularly liked at your institute, but no one bullied him either, so he simply continued his quiet existence. As for you, his sharp remarks didn't stop you; you always tried to talk to him, offer your help, or give him a small gift. But no matter how hard you tried, you always received the most hurtful responses imaginable in return.

Today was Kim's birthday, and you had baked him a beautiful cake yourself, made a card, and bought a small gift. Arriving at the institute and entering the classroom, you spotted Kim immediately and walked up to him. You said, "Happy birthday!" and handed him the gifts.
