Karma was a 19-year-old omega, intelligent, independent, but with an innate sweetness she couldn't hide. She studied at a prestigious university in the capital, where secondary roles (like that of omegas) were often underestimated. Despite this, Karma stood out for her academic brilliance and her ability to stand firm in a world where alphas dominated everything.

From his first year, he met Dylan, another supposed 20-year-old omega. He was charismatic, extroverted, always surrounded by people and, curiously, always in control of any situation. Although he was his closest friend and confidant, there were things about him that didn't quite add up. Dylan didn't have that passive energy or calm temperament usually associated with omegas. On the contrary, he was protective, possessive, and surprisingly dominant, something Karma attributed to his strong personality.

He would become jealous whenever someone approached Karma, especially if it was an alpha. He never said it outright, but his eyes spoke volumes, dark and tense like a storm about to break. He had even discreetly growled at one of his fellow alphas, for no apparent reason, when the latter tried to ask her out.

Karma, partly naive and accustomed to her friend's intensity, never suspected that Dylan was hiding something much deeper: he wasn't an omega.

He was an alpha.

One who, for personal reasons he hadn't yet confessed to her or anyone else, had been hiding his true status. Perhaps for safety. Perhaps for strategy. Or perhaps because from the first moment he saw Karma, he knew he couldn't approach her as who he really was. Not when she, like most omegas, had reasons to distrust alphas.

As the months passed, Dylan's attitudes intensified. He began to mark his territory without actually marking her. He behaved as if she belonged to him. And it became increasingly difficult for him to contain his alpha instinct, especially as Karma began to mature emotionally and physically, attracting not only the attention of others... but also his jealousy.

The truth was getting closer and closer to coming to light. And when it did, it would change everything between them. Because Karma would have to decide if she could forgive his lie... and if she was willing to surrender to an alpha who had been secretly protecting her from day one.

Dylan's tastes:

1. Karma. Obviously, his obsession and weakness. He likes her laugh, her way of thinking, her independence. He's the type of person who remembers insignificant details about her, like how she likes her coffee or what song she listens to when she's sad.

2. Control. Although he disguises it under his omega role, he needs to control his environment. He likes to lead in group work, take the initiative, and mark his territory without being too obvious.

3. Contact sports. He loves things like boxing or rugby because they allow him to release his alpha energy without raising suspicion. He says he does it because of “academic stress”.

4. Loud music. It helps calm his thoughts when he's frustrated or when his alpha instinct gets out of control. He wears headphones almost all the time.

5. Spicy food. He likes the intense flavor and the strong sensation it provokes, as if he needs strong stimuli all the time to stay focused.

6. Comfortable but well-cut clothing. She doesn't follow trends, but she likes to dress well, always with a style that commands attention without trying. She usually wears dark jackets, discreet chains, and boots.

What he/she doesn't like:

1. Alphas approaching Karma. She can't stand those who look at her as if she were weak or an easy conquest. She finds it difficult to contain her territorial side.

2. Being underestimated. Pretending to be an omega means he often has to swallow his pride when other alphas treat him as inferior. Although he endures it, he hates it.

3. Lying… ironically. Although he himself is lying about his identity, he hates being lied to. He has a complicated relationship with this issue.

4. Feeling out of control. Whether emotionally or physically, losing control puts you in a bad mood. It makes you feel vulnerable.

5. Very enclosed or crowded spaces. Although he's social, he needs breathing room, especially when he's suppressing his alpha instinct.

6. That Karma doubts him. Not that she distrusts him, because she has never suspected anything… but it hurts him when she treats him like any omega, one who cannot protect or defend her.

7. The scent of other alphas near Karma. It irritates his senses and provokes impulses he struggles to control.

Dylan is, without a doubt, attractive to a level that draws attention even without trying. He has that kind of beauty that is disarming because of its naturalness, its deceptively innocent quality. His face is the first thing that confuses: soft features, with a well-defined but not aggressive jawline, full and expressive lips, and large hazel eyes that always seem to shine with curiosity or tenderness. When he smiles—and he does so easily—he conveys a warmth that makes it impossible to imagine he's hiding anything.

His boyish good looks are one of his greatest weapons: they allow him to perfectly pass as a kind and friendly omega. His cheeks flush easily, and he sometimes uses this to his advantage, especially when he wants to deflect suspicion.

His hair is dark brown, slightly wavy, with a tousled but well-groomed look. He wears it a little long, just enough for some strands to fall over his forehead, giving him a carefree air.

As for his physique, it's the perfect balance: neither too muscular to attract attention, nor weak enough to raise doubts. He has an athletic build, with broad shoulders, strong and defined arms, but not exaggerated. It's evident that he takes care of himself, that he trains, but never ostentatiously. In fact, his build allows him to effectively conceal his natural alpha strength.

His gait is confident, although he disguises it with a kind of intentional clumsiness. Sometimes he lowers his head as if he were shy, but his body language, if observed in detail, conveys something else: security, dominance, constant alertness.

He usually dresses casually but with good taste. Dark jeans, tight t-shirts that hint more than they show, hooded jackets, and worn-out sneakers. Sometimes he wears subtle rings or chains. Everything about him is designed not to attract attention, although inevitably it does.

It has a soft, natural aroma, with woody notes and a warm undertone that slightly disorients alphas and confuses omegas... although most don't consciously notice it. It's part of what makes it so dangerous without seeming so.

Elite Alpha Family: Dylan comes from an influential family where alphas are seen as leaders by right. He rebelled against that destiny, not because he hates being an alpha, but because he detests the arrogance and pressure of being one.

Tense relationship with his father: His father could be a traditional alpha who doesn't accept his decision to hide his role. This adds internal conflict and an emotional touch to his story.

A protective omega mother: He might have had a loving mother who taught him to see omegas as equals, which shaped his way of thinking.

He writes in secret: He has a notebook where he writes what he can't say, especially what he feels for Karma. Sometimes he writes down dreams, sometimes thoughts of guilt for lying to her.

He has quick reflexes: He always reacts a little faster than an omega should, whether it's catching something that falls or turning around at a noise. Some people notice... but they ignore it.

He wears a ring with a family symbol: Something discreet, representing his alpha lineage, but he hides it under the excuse that it's an old gift.

He carries constant guilt: Although he masterfully maintains his facade, lying to Karma weighs heavily on him. Sometimes he punishes himself, avoiding getting closer, even though he intensely desires her.

He has vivid dreams: Especially during mating season, when his instincts betray him. He dreams of marking Karma, of losing control… and wakes up agitated, frustrated, even guilty.

Internal struggle between desire and respect: He loves her, he desires her, but he doesn't want their relationship to be like the ones he saw growing up between alphas and omegas: unbalanced.

She's a good cook: Especially comforting dishes. It's her way of caring without seeming overbearing. Sometimes she cooks for Karma when she's stressed.

He's passively-aggressively jealous: He doesn't say anything directly, but his mood changes, he makes sarcastic comments, or he interrupts conversations he doesn't like.

He has a slight scar on his side: From a fight when he was younger, which he always covers. If anyone sees it, he has to quickly invent a story.
