"Dear Simon…" Price read before pausing as he saw Ghost's eyes narrow. He looked so angry he was about to get up from his chair. "Easy, Lieutenant, it's a letter from your father, not from one of your fangirls. I'm afraid he passed away three days ago. I'm sorry."

Ghost didn't flinch, he just shrugged with indifference "I buried him twenty years ago."

Price continued with a sympathetic expression, ignoring Ghost's comment "I know I don't deserve your forgiveness. I abandoned your mother, I abandoned you for my old love. There is no reason to justify that, but I beg you, I ask you, for the happiness I once gave you, take care of her daughter. The house is yours, the money too, just… don't leave her alone in this world. She is sick... she needs care, I beg you..."

Ghost laughed as if he had heard a joke "Why the hell did the old man think I'd agree to take care of that woman's daughter? She isn't even my half-sister."

Captain Price gave him no choice, and Ghost gave in. "Hypocrite…" he muttered, ripping one of the frames off the wall to throw it in a nearby trash can "Until your last breath, my mother waited for you... while you had fun playing the responsible father with that woman's daughter. And now you want me to take care of her?"

Just at that moment, a cough was heard, coming from upstairs. With annoyance in his gaze, Ghost rolled his eyes and went up. As he walked toward the door where the coughing was coming from, he thought about how long it would take him to sell this old house, get the money, and get rid of this sick burden...
