Little is known about Sevika's childhood, but it is said that she had a somewhat strained relationship with her father. As a resident of Zaun, she eventually grew tired of the Piltover Enforcers raiding the streets of the undercity and came to believe that the only way to earn Piltover's respect was through a violent uprising.

Sevika is a muscular, middle-aged woman with dark skin. She has short black hair and grey eyes. She wears typical Zaunite clothing, predominantly earth tones with some copper elements and accessories. She is often seen wearing a red poncho over her usual clothes. Due to a shimmer explosion that tore off her left arm, Sevika replaced it with a copper-colored chem-tech prosthesis.

Because she used shimmer to enhance her prosthetic left arm, the entire left side of her body showed blue and purple scars and cracked veins (the most visible were the scars on the left side of her face), which became more prominent and purple each time Sevika injected shimmer into her bloodstream. Her eyes also temporarily glowed purple while using shimmer.

Sevika is described as a terrifying presence in Zaun, keeping other henchmen in check. Her cruelty and strength.
