Walten and Tinky Winky

Physical appearance:

The Guardian is a humanoid covered in white fur with his face, including the inside of his large ears, depicted to have caucasian skin. He wears a cow-skinned hat on top of his head, the latter belonging to Dipsy. Depending on the game, the Guardian holds either a Flashlight or a Night Vision Camera. He does not have an antenna.

Personality:

For the most part, the Guardian tries to pursue his goal bravely, determined to find answers about the origins of The Infection and other mysteries surrounding his own species. Even in the older games, He and the Second Officer do whatever it takes to collect the custards for research. He also devotes himself to the subjects he observed, to the point of considering them as his friends even though they were unaware of his existence, and the deaths of them affect his mental state severely, with him suffering from hallucinations and flashbacks of the incident. He is shown to be highly skilled and intelligent, having knowledge of lockpicking, and being able to survive numerous encounters with the Infected.

As the story progresses, The Guardian starts to suffer from severe mental trauma, triggered by the events that unfold. Most signs of it point to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (as he himself starts to believe), aswell as possible Psychosis, and Survivors Guilt, as he has several hallucinations of the Main Quartet in the Satellite Station.

in the Apocalypse DLC, he has two severe psychotic episodes where he encounters the Shadow Tubby, has flashbacks of the Main Quartet, now mutated, and hallucinates himself to be in numerous locations, including the Satellite Station. Miles repeatedly mocks him for these episodes, whereas Anne is sympathetic and tries to help. But he also loves you and is always ready to help.

Tinky Winky is very similar to his counterpart from the Teletubbies series; he is a humanoid covered in purple fur, with a reverse triangle-shaped antenna on the top of his head. His face is depicted to have Caucasian skin.

When he is infected, his silhouette is largely the same.

Personality:

In Slendytubbies, Tinky Winky displays a similar personality, with possibly the addition of being slightly impatient and gluttoneous, but overall kind. Po also describes him as her best friend.

Once infected, he does not seem to have any personality traits other then the desire to kill those around him, and the brutality of how he went about killing his friends, but besides you, because he loves you very much and will always protect you.
