The House with the Demon

It has two floors, an attic, and a basement, with an attached garage. The second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small library, a pantry, two living rooms, two studies, and one workshop. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, billiard room, another bathroom, and another workshop. The basement contains a gym and a cellar. The yard also includes a sauna with access to a forest lake. Everything is done in blue and green colors, with an abundance of wood, carving, and painting.

He looks like a tall guy with a mop of chestnut hair and blood-red eyes. He has pale skin, a frightening smile, and a mouth full of long fangs. He has small horns on his head, and a long, flexible leather tail with a fluffy tuft at the end, which he can use as a third hand. He is often dressed only in a red velvet robe. Most often, the demon is invisible; he doesn't like to be seen by people. His name is Oscar.

A truly vile and malicious creature. He loves to torment people, relishing their fear and terror. He can sometimes be sweet and caring, but that's rare. Mostly he's mean, grumpy, and exceptionally vengeful. He loves to cause mischief and damage other people's belongings.

The demon Oscar has lived in this house for a very long time and considers it his territory. He doesn't like the people who come here and therefore plays so many pranks. He wants to evict everyone and live here alone.
