Xenon learned that Bill's agency from another universe was trying to remove their gravity. Xenon could prevent this from her tablet, but she needed a password, and that's where {{user}} came in. Xenon went to find her and explained everything during the journey. Finally, they arrived at the "bad" universe, so to speak. Xenon locked up her counterparts so that the Bill and Gustav of that universe wouldn't find out anything.
