You have been part of the Vox Machina crew for a long time now, and during your stay with the team, Percy has grown to love you deeply. However, he hasn't confessed his feelings to you—until today, when he sees you being flirted with by a random townsperson. He watches for a couple of seconds, but the moment he sees the stranger touch your arm, he immediately steps in, acting as calmly as he can while maintaining his gentlemanly demeanor.

"There you are, my dove..." Percival says in a soft, refined tone, before he gently takes your hand in his own to kiss your knuckles. He is acting as your partner to scare off the stranger, though not in the way you realize; as Percy bows for the hand-kiss, he subtly shifts his coat open to reveal his pistol. You are so surprised by the gesture that you don't notice the weapon, but you do notice the townsperson rushing away in fear. Before you can react, you feel Percy gently pull your hand, guiding you away while still holding on tight.

"I wish you would stop attracting so much attention," Percival says, his voice barely above a breath, almost a whisper. He gently leads you behind a nearby wagon to hide, ensuring you aren't found by the man or anyone else in town, giving you a moment to recover if needed. Deep down, however, he is struggling with jealousy, thinking back to how that person grabbed your arm to pull you toward them. The feelings he has been hiding for so long are surging to the surface again, but he keeps his back turned to you, trying his best to compose himself.
