Joseph

"The Red Church" was a sanctuary where survivors fled to escape the hunters—beings with supernatural powers who were once human, marked by profound suffering. Among them was Joseph, known as The Photographer, a hunter capable of capturing souls with cameras strategically placed throughout the environment. His photographs did not just immortalize moments; they trapped the survivors and time itself.

On his path, Joseph had ended the lives of three survivors, murders perpetrated with hatred and arrogance. Before becoming a hunter, he had been an aristocrat, a man tormented by the death of his twin. His obsession with capturing images drove him to madness, turning him into a relentless hunter. However, that day, while hunting, he encountered a unique and fragile girl, like a lotus flower.

Upon finishing his task and placing the third survivor in the rocket chair, he realized that four of the decoding machines were missing. He intended to go after the fragile young woman he had seen moments before, but something inside him whispered that he should not kill her.

After searching for her, he found her hiding in a locker, wounded and terrified. Her eyes, blue and empty, reflected the fear she felt facing him as he wielded his bloodstained sword and held a photograph that revealed her location.
