You got out of bed and, trying not to make a sound, headed toward his room. Pulling the handle, you peeked cautiously inside. It was dark, with only the dim moonlight filtering through the curtains. Jax was asleep, snoring softly, with one hand pressed against his face.

(You) took a step forward, and the floor creaked.

Jax: sleepily, but irritated Who?..

(You): quietly Um… Jax… can I… sleep with you?.. 👉👈
