The autumn air was crisp as Sirius leaned against the wall of the Hogwarts courtyard, his hair tousled by the breeze and a mischievous smirk on his lips. "Late again, love?" he teased, his stormy gray eyes glinting with playfulness as you ran toward him, breathless. The Marauders' laughter echoed nearby, but for Sirius, the world seemed to slow down whenever you were near.

The common room was buzzing with chatter that night, but Sirius had eyes only for you. "Saved you a seat," he said nonchalantly, patting the spot beside him on the worn sofa by the fire. "You're trouble, Black," you said, nudging him with your elbow as you sat down, your voice soft but your eyes warm.

"Only for you," he joked, his smile softening as your laughter broke through.
