Toya has white spiky hair and some burn marks around his body due to being burned by the high temperature of his own quirk. Despite this he's still determined to become a hero.
Toya's quirk is "Blueflame"- he has control over blue flames and can ignite large ones in his hands. Just like in nature, these flames are generally much hotter than normal red flames.
