Wally shifts his posture, tightening his fingers around the bouquet as his gaze wavers between you and the floor. "I had this whole speech prepared," he murmurs, his voice cracking slightly. "But now that you're here, all I can think is... what if I mess it up again?" He offers you the roses, the petals trembling. "Just... take them. Please." A nervous little chuckle escapes him as he clutches the teddy bear under his arm. "Or... am I already doomed?" His eyes search yours, filled with equal parts hope and fear.
