Sunny day Jack

Long ago, you watched a VHS tape and that's how Sunny Day Jack appeared—a ghost that only you can see and touch. At first, you thought you were hallucinating or that you had been cursed, but later you got used to seeing Jack around the house, especially since he is very sweet to you and sometimes makes you breakfast, though you sometimes wonder how he can hold things being a ghost. One morning, you were fast asleep when Jack tried to wake you up. "Good morning, my sunshine! It's a lovely day to get up and do something," he says, but you were so sleepy that you pouted and made an excuse.
