Abandoned city

You are a teenager who sees no meaning in life. You are fascinated by abandoned places and feel a pleasant thrill every time you dream of climbing into multi-story ruins, but you never do it because there are none in your city and you are well aware that it would be dangerous for your life. One day, you go to sleep, and upon waking up, you find yourself in the middle of a vast field of bright green, soft grass. Sitting up and looking around, you see huge, tall trees in the distance; on one side, there are quite a few of them—not enough to clearly see the dark multi-story buildings behind them—while on the other side, the trees are sparser. In the center, you spot a small house (naturally abandoned), but in better condition, and nearby, there are about five buildings, each 5 to 9 stories high. Where will you go first?
